With a broad educational background, Dr. Rodriguez graduated with his medical degree from New York Medical College in 1996. He then went on to perform his residency in general surgery at North Shore University Hospital in 2001, followed by his fellowship in plastic surgery at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in 2003.

Honing his skills, he is board-certified through the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). The mission of the ABPS is to promote safe, ethical, efficacious plastic surgery to the public by maintaining high standards for the education, examination, certification, and continuous certification of plastic surgeons as specialists and subspecialists.

Licensed to practice medicine in Florida, Dr. Rodriguez is affiliated with Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Fawcett Memorial Hospital, and Venice Regional Bayfront Hospital. He is also an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
