Unfortunately, it will be difficult to find a pressure point for ear pain as ear pain can be caused by one of the many nerves that innervate the ear. How do you know if your baby has too much ear wax?
The impact of too much wax could cause hearing loss and importantly it would make it difficult for a doctor to evaluate the tympanic membranes. I would first get the wax removed to see if that helps with the clicking and ringing sound in your ear. A doctor can do that and evaluate the eardrum and also send you for a hearing test to see if is anything wrong with your hearing contributing to your ear symptoms. READ MORE

It may be necessary to do a temporal bone CT scan to see if you have an infection behind the ear in the mastoid cavity. Yes surgery of the nose could help with a hump. You want to make sure however that the surgery doesn't interrupt with your breathing through the right or left side of your nose.
