Graduating with honors with his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Life University, Dr. Fischer holds certifications from the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, the New Jersey Board of Neuronal Conduction Studies, the University of Bridgeport for Neuronal Conduction Studies, and the International Academy of NeuroMuscular Therapies.

A Fellow of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, he is a member of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors, the International Academy of Neuromuscular Therapies, and the Bernards Township Chamber of Commerce.
