Get to know Pain Management Specialist Dr. Sanjay G. Nandurkar, who serves patients in South Carolina.

With his years of in-depth training in diagnosing and treating spinal disorders, he has more experience treating spinal conditions than any other provider in the area. Dr. Nandurkar’s background and education have also prepared him to offer health care that is sensitive to the needs of patients from different cultural backgrounds. He completed medical school at NHL Municipal Medical School in Ahmedabad, India, before completing additional training in orthopedics at the KM Institute of PostGraduate Medicine and Research. He also gained valuable fellowship experience as an Association of Osteosynthesis Fellow at the Katharinenhospital in Stuttgart, Germany, and later at Landeskrankenhaus in Feldkirch, Austria. 

Stateside, Dr. Nandurkar has studied as a spine surgery fellow at University Hospitals of Cleveland. He has also completed additional training and fellowships at Case Western Reserve University and the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Foundation. 

Dedicated to clinical excellence, the doctor is board-certified in pain medicine & physical medicine and rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR). The ABPMR was established in 1947 as the certifying body for the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation under the American Board of Medical Specialties.
