Dr. Israel joined the Keck School of Medicine of USC faculty in 2002. She is an associate professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the Keck Gender Affirming Program's medical team.
Dr. Israel's clinical interests focus on treatment of women surviving cancer, breast and ovarian cancer prevention, transfusion free care, gender affirming surgery, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Many treatment options exist for various gynecologic conditions. There is typically more than one solution. Patients should be informed of the alternatives and have a choice in treatment that aligns with their personal values and goals.
