Since 1960, Baptist Hospital of Miami has been one of the most respected medical centers in South Florida. Before embarking on his professional journey, Dr. Albite earned his medical degree from the Universidad Central Del Este Facultad de Medicina in the Dominican Republic in 1986. After relocating to the United States, he completed a residency in internal medicine at the Good Samaritan Hospital in 1993, followed by an additional residency in internal medicine at the Jewish Hospital of Cincinnati in 1995.

As a testament to his success, the doctor is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Internal medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. Physicians specializing in internal medicine are called internists. They manage and prevent common and complex diseases by providing comprehensive care and promoting overall well-being.
