Dr. Paula Batterton, the Owner and Founding Chiropractor of Batterton Chiropractic, has a remarkable story of resilience and determination that has shaped her mission to help others achieve optimal health through chiropractic care.
Born and raised in Houston, her own experience as a chiropractic patient at the age of 15, where she found relief from debilitating migraine headaches, ignited her passion for chiropractic care. In 1987, a near-fatal accident left her with a prognosis of never walking again. However, through dedicated chiropractic care, she defied the odds and fully recovered, solidifying her belief in the power of natural healing.
After completing her undergraduate studies in Biology at the University of Texas in San Antonio and earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College, Dr. Batterton has been serving the Heights community for the past 29 years. Her commitment to educating and supporting families to reach their God-given health potential shines through her practice.
Her dedication to chiropractic care stems from her personal journey of overcoming adversity and embracing the body's innate ability to heal. Reflecting on her journey, Dr. Batterton shares, "Chiropractic allowed me to heal and regain my strength when all hope seemed lost. I am passionate about spreading awareness of the body's incredible capacity for healing and the pivotal role that chiropractic care plays in maintaining overall well-being."
