Distinguished as an exceptional otolaryngologist, Dr. Bell has retired as a Consultant within the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN.

Graduating with her Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University, Dr. Bell earned her medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine. She then went on to complete her internship in general surgery at Keesler United States Air Force Medical Center, and her residency in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center, United States Air Force.

A Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, the doctor is board-certified in otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. It serves the public by ensuring that diplomates meet the standards of training, knowledge, and professionalism through initial and continuing certification.

Otolaryngology is the oldest medical specialty in the United States. Otolaryngologists, also known as ear, nose, and throat doctors, specialize in disorders of the head and neck, ranging from hearing loss to cancer.
