Neal D. Johnson,M.D., a native of San Antonio, graduated from The University of Texas at Austin then attended Baylor College of Medicine in Houston to obtain a Doctor of Medicine in 1982. He completed his family practice residency with the U.S. Army at Ft. Benning, Georgia. Served in the U.S. Army Medical Corps until 1990 and returned to Austin, Texas to open his private practice.
