Gastro Health Inc. is proud to announce the leadership of board-certified gastroenterologist Kaunteya Reddy, MD, who has been serving the communities of Redlands, Yucaipa, Beaumont, and Banning since 2014. With expertise in a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, Dr. Reddy is committed to providing exceptional care and advancing the field of gastroenterology through education and community engagement.

Dr. Reddy earned his Medical Degree from Kasturba Medical College in India in 2003. Following his graduation, he relocated to the United States, where he completed his residency and fellowship training in gastroenterology at The State University of New York – Buffalo in 2010 and 2013, respectively. His extensive training and dedication have positioned him as an expert in colon cancer screening and surveillance, as well as in managing conditions such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, Barrett’s esophagus, GERD, peptic ulcer disease, hepatitis B and C, fatty liver disease, liver cirrhosis, celiac disease, diverticulitis, and irritable bowel syndrome.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Reddy serves as the Medical Director at Redlands Community Hospital and is affiliated with San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital and Mountain View Surgery Center. His leadership in these institutions reflects his commitment to enhancing patient care and outcomes in the region.

Dr. Reddy is also passionate about education and mentorship. He holds a faculty appointment at Loma Linda University Health, where he actively mentors medical students, residents, and gastroenterology fellows. His role as an educator underscores his dedication to nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals and ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the field.

As a board-certified specialist in gastroenterology and hepatology, Dr. Reddy is a proud member of the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Additionally, he serves as the Treasurer of the Inland Empire Gastroenterology Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing continuing medical education for GI physicians in San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

With numerous publications in the field of gastrointestinal and liver diseases, Dr. Reddy remains at the forefront of advancements in gastroenterology. His commitment to patient care, education, and community health makes him a valuable asset to the Redlands area and beyond.
