Most probably because you have a lot of build up and inflammation. So when they clean the build up and do gingival curretage it bleeds. You need to do better oral hygien. Make sure you brush and floss after EACH meal. Ask your dentist about perio protect, it will help with the build up and bleeding, would get rid of bad bacteria and replace it with good bacteria, will also do some whitening and give good breath as well. I recommend as soon as possible, if you have a temporary filling after the root canal, it could wear off real fast and expose the root canal to your oral cavity and the natural bacteria that’s there and thus lead to failing if the root canal.
