Get to know Plastic Surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher, who serves patients in Beverly Hills, California.

A world-renowned plastic surgeon with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Fisher works with patients at his private practice in Beverly Hills, California. He specializes in aesthetic/cosmetic plastic surgery of the face, nose, breast and body, and is considered one of the best facial plastic surgeons in the world. He routinely accepts complex, restorative, and challenging cases directed to him from other plastic surgeons.

Regarding his educational background, Dr. Fisher earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi in 1984. He then went on to complete his residency and fellowship in plastic surgery at UC Irvine Medical Center, followed by an additional fellowship in cosmetic plastic surgery under the tutelage of Bruce Connell, MD.

A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), he is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). 

Committed to educating consumers about all the procedures, risks, and awards of plastic surgery, Dr. Fisher created and produced the award-winning series of informational DVDs on plastic surgery entitled “The Naked Truth about Plastic Surgery” in 2002. This remains one of the most comprehensive sources of information about plastic surgery available to the public. In addition, he created The Biomedical Skin Treatment Institute in 2008, to provide a research and development platform to create and test innovative products in the medical and beauty industry.

Always educating, Dr. Fisher lectures internationally and currently assists other plastic surgeons from around the world in further refining their surgical techniques while continuing to share and develop innovative and modern surgical concepts. For his consummate skill and continuous dedication to the art and science of plastic surgery, Dr. Fisher was recently knighted in 2014, making him one of the only surgeons to go by the title of “Sir.”
