Role of revascularization of ischemic heart disease in addition to optimal medical therapy in minimally symptomatic octagenerians and nanogenerians ( or those with silent ischemia) on quality of life as compared with maximal medical anti-ischemic therapy and on hospital addmission rate.
Role of early mindfullness, proper diet, social family engagement and healthy living in improving quality of live in elderly heart patients and decrease mortality and morbiditiy.
GLP and SGPT-2 role in decreasing mortality and morbiditiy in patients with CAD as compared with proven benifit for patients with heart failure.
Implementation of six minute walk test and KCCQ ( kansas city questionaire of quality of life) in day to day cardiac clinic in high risk patients to assess risk for readmission.
