Serving as the Medical Director of Houston Methodist Baytown  Imaging within Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital, he brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the field of radiology.

Dr. Hunter is affiliated with several esteemed institutions, including Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital, Houston Methodist Hospital, Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital, Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital, Houston Methodist West Hospital, and Houston Methodist Continuing Care Hospital. His extensive network within the Houston Methodist system ensures that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care throughout their healthcare journey.

Dr. Hunter’s medical education and training are distinguished. He began his journey at the Joe R. & Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine - UT Health San Antonio, where he laid a strong foundation in medicine. He completed a rigorous surgical internship at Bexar County Hospital District in San Antonio, followed by a Radiology Residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. His commitment to excellence culminated in a Body Imaging Fellowship in radiology at Hermann Hospital in Houston, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

As a recognized Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology, Dr. Hunter  is committed to maintaining the highest standards of practice and continuously advancing his knowledge in the ever-evolving field of radiology. He is an active member of the Texas Medical Association and the Harris County Medical Society, contributing to professional development and advocacy within the medical community.
