In 1995, he earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. He then went on to complete his internship and residency at Saint Louis University School of Medicine’s Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
Following his education, Dr. Hardeman became board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, which is a founding member of the American Board of Medical Specialities. In addition to being a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, he is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
Recognized as an expert in his field, he has been instrumental in the creation of the St. Louis Physician Alliance. He was elected in 2014 by his peers to serve as the first Chairman of the Board of Managers for the organization and continues in that role.
