Michael W. Quinn, MD, a distinguished physician with extensive expertise in burn critical care and pulmonary medicine, continues to make significant contributions to patient care as the Owner and President of Burn Critical Care Associates. Since taking on this leadership role in October 2020, Dr. Quinn has been pivotal in overseeing critical care services that support the esteemed Joseph M. Still Burn Center at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Georgia.

As a Burn Intensivist and Pulmonary Consultant at the Joseph M. Still Burn Center since June 2017, Dr. Quinn has dedicated his career to providing specialized care to patients with severe burn injuries and complex pulmonary conditions. His profound knowledge and hands-on experience have been instrumental in delivering exceptional outcomes, reflecting his commitment to the highest standards of medical practice.

Dr. Quinn earned his Medical Degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine in 1996. He further honed his skills during his residency in internal medicine at Madigan Army Medical Center from 1996 to 1999. Following this, Dr. Quinn pursued a fellowship in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium, completing his training in 2002. He attributes much of his success to the invaluable mentorship he received throughout his academic journey.

Holding board certifications in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Sleep Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Quinn exemplifies a deep commitment to patient care. His professional affiliations include memberships in prestigious organizations such as the American Association for Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology and the American Thoracic Society, reflecting his active engagement in advancing the field of pulmonary medicine.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Quinn is dedicated to academic research and innovation, consistently seeking new ways to improve patient outcomes.
