Dr. Haynie is a board certified internist who specializes in hospital medicine. She is a valued member of the medical staff affiliated with the Inova Health System, practicing at both Sound Hospitalists of Alexandria and Virginia Emergency Medicine Associates, Ltd. 

Her professional responsibilities extend to two prestigious hospitals, Inova Alexandria Hospital and Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, where she dedicates her medical expertise to delivering high-quality patient care.

Dr. Haynie’s journey in the field of medicine began at Meharry Medical College, from which she graduated with her Medical Degree in 2011. Subsequently, she embarked on a rigorous and comprehensive residency program in internal medicine at the same institution, completing her training from 2011 to 2014.

As a testament to her unwavering dedication to the principles of excellence and patient-centered care, Dr. Haynie is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
