A 1979 graduate of Saint Louis University School of Medicine, Dr. Terschluse went on to perform his residency in general surgery at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital.
In addition to being a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), he is board-certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery (ABS). The ABS is an independent, non-profit organization located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, founded for the purpose of certifying surgeons who have met a defined standard of education, training, and knowledge.
Licensed to practice medicine in Florida, Dr. Terschluse is affiliated with Oak Hill Hospital, All Saints Surgery Center, Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, and Medical Center of Trinity.
