Educated in India, Dr. Paramesh earned her medical degree at Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute in 1985. After relocating to the United States, she performed her internship at Maimonides Medical Center in New York in 1998, and her residency in anesthesiology at Temple University Hospital in Pennsylvania in 2001.
Experienced in tending to patients undergoing surgery, she is board-certified in anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA). As the certifying body for anesthesiologists since 1938, the ABA is committed to partnering with physicians to advance lifelong learning and exceptional patient care. Its mission is to advance the highest standards of the practice of anesthesiology.
