Her academic excellence earned her a full scholarship to NYU, where she completed her dental degree in the upper quintile of her class. Following her graduation, her residency at the prestigious Rose F. Kennedy Center for the Developmentally Disabled sharpened her skills in treating special needs patients, allowing her to seamlessly integrate care into their daily routines.

With her extensive experience working in Connecticut and New Jersey, she witnessed firsthand the dental challenges faced by children in areas lacking fluoride in the water supply. This exposure led her to innovate by adopting the use of white crowns as early as 1999, long before they became widely accepted in pediatric dentistry.

In 2007, after the birth of her second child, Dr. Grady expanded her practice to Manhattan, establishing Open Sesame Dentistry on the upper west side. Her commitment to education remains strong, as she continues to serve as a professor at St. Barnabas Hospital, teaching future dentists the importance of compassionate care in pediatric dentistry.
