Get to know Family Physician Dr. Theresa Sacchieri, who serves patients in Lebanon, New Jersey.

Dr. Sacchieri, a board certified family physician, is in practice with Annandale Family Practice, LLC in Lebanon, New Jersey. There, she continues her commitment to comprehensive patient care, as well as institutionalized and homebound patients. Additionally, Dr. Sacchieri offers home visits, one of a few doctors who still offer this service. 

Annandale Family Practice, LLC offers a variety of services and treatments for patients from birth through all stages of life, including, but not limited to: annual and school required physicals, treatment of acute illness, chronic condition management, same day emergency care, personalized care, women’s health, and preoperative testing.

Throughout her academic career, Dr. Sacchieri graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree with honors in Biology from the College of St. Elizabeth in Morristown. Immediately after graduation, she attended medical school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – New Jersey Medical School. She was an active participant in the Student Family Health Center throughout all four years and was also co-leader of the Family Medicine Interest Group.  

Thereafter, Dr. Sacchieri completed her residency training in family medicine at Hunterdon Medical Center. Her postgraduate experience included urgent care, occupational health, private family practice, and university student health.  

Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Sacchieri is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family medicine and its sub-specialties.

Family medicine is a medical specialty devoted to comprehensive health care for people of all ages. The specialist is called a family physician or family doctor. A family physician is often the first person a patient sees when seeking healthcare services. They examine and treat patients with a wide range of conditions and refer those with serious ailments to a specialist or appropriate facility.
