Recognized as a well-known gynecologist, Dr. Kellum’s expertise spans a range of procedures and conditions, showcasing his dedication to providing comprehensive care. He specializes in Hormone Pellet Implantation (HRT) and is recognized for his proficiency in Obstetrics. 

Back in the early days of his academic career, he embarked on his academic journey at Austin College in Sherman, Texas, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1986. His passion for medicine led him to The University of Texas Health Science Center-San Antonio, where he pursued his medical studies, graduating in 1990. His commitment to excellence and patient care became evident early in his career as he completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Houston, Texas, in 1994.

Dedicated to clinical excellence, Dr. Kellum is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). The mission of the ABOG is to define specialty standards, certify obstetricians and gynecologists, and facilitate continuous learning to advance knowledge, practice, and professionalism in women’s health.

On a professional level, the doctor is an active member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
