Dr. Constantina Kass is a licensed and nationally certified school psychologist, and an internationally certified coach, with over 20 years of clinical experiences. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety and depression. She is licensed psychologist in Viginia, Florida and Romania. She offers in person therapy to residents in Romania, virtual therapy to residents in Virginia and Florida and virtual coaching sessions service expat parents, teens and families worldwide live their best lives abroad.
Over her years of work as a psychologist in the school system and the private sector, she gained considerable expertise with psycho-educational evaluations, school observations, and consultations with students and parents, she developed a keen awareness of the factors that contribute to underachievement, including social-emotional, behavioal and academic issues, and learning difficulties including anxiety and depression,
