Dr. Kohen, a board-certified allergist, immunologist, and rheumatologist is dedicated to providing conscientious specialized care to patients suffering from allergy and/or asthma. He also treats arthritis and rheumatologic diseases. 

In his current capacity, he sees patients at Allergy, Asthma & Arthritis Center in Daytona Beach, Florida, where he practices alongside Dr. Vinicius Domingues. His goal is to provide each patient with an expert up-to-date evaluation and to educate them about any problems he may diagnose so that they may be treated appropriately.

Following his undergraduate education, Dr. Kohen earned his medical degree from the     University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville in 1967. He then went on to complete his internship in 1968, residency in internal medicine in 1970, and fellowship in allergy in 1972 at The Roosevelt Hospital, a part of the Columbia Presbyterian Hospital System. His military service included the role of Chief of the Department of Allergy at U.S. Walton Army Hospital in Fort Dix, New Jersey.

With subspecialty training in the evaluation and management of allergic disease, asthma, arthritis and rheumatology, the doctor is board-certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Additionally, he is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, a Fellow of American College of Rheumatology, and a Fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
