From September of 1994 until August of 1997, Dr. Regalado served as a Spanish and French tutor at the University of Texas – Pan American. He assisted students with Spanish, French, and English grammar and literature topics, as well as performed reviews to prepare students for University’s Modern Language Departmental examinations.
From June of 2000 until December of 2002, Dr. Regalado worked at the Doctor’s Center in Houston, designing and implementing rehab programs that emphasized body mechanics, strengthening, stabilization, lifestyle changes, and nutrition.
Throughout the years, his educational and professional experiences have involved several extensive training programs, including: Modern & Classical Basic Acupuncture Certification, Acupuncture Society of America, Inc.; Strength and Conditioning Considerations in Designing Discharge Programs; Fellowship in Preventive Medicine, Nutrition & Sports Medicine-Candidate, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine; Advanced Designated Doctor and Physician Training Course, American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians; Whiplash Injury Biomechanics & Traumatology Certification, Spine Research Institute of San Diego; Kinesiology Taping Strategies; Certified Designated Doctor, Texas Department of Insurance Division of Workers Compensation; Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Advanced Practitioner Certification- Vyne Education; and the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners 5th and 6th Edition Certification, Certified Diplomat and Designation as Certified Independent Chiropractic Examiner (CICE).
A Master Certified Independent Chiropractic Examiner through the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners, Dr. Regalado is designated to make a determination about an injured employee’s medical condition or to resolve a dispute about a work-related injury or occupational illness.
