Get to know Hepatologist and Gastroenterologist Dr. Amin R. Khan, who serves the population of Maryland. Board certified and Fellowship trained Dr. Khan currently practices as a Hepatologist and Gastroenterologist with Endoscopy Center of North Baltimore, a practice he co-owns with Drs. Goldberg, Rosenstein, and Huber. Endoscopy Center of North Baltimore have a comprehensive and expert skill with leading-edge technology. Additionally, Dr. Khan is affiliated with Mercy Medical Center, University of Maryland St Joseph Medical Center, and Medstar Union Memorial Hospital. Dr. Khan graduated with his Medical Degree from the Northeastern Ohio University College Of Medicine And Pharmacy in 1996, giving him over two decades of experience in his field. After obtaining his Medical Degree he completed his internship, residency, and fellowship with the University Of Pennsylvania Health System. Dr. Khan is dual certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Since its founding in 1936 to answer a public call to establish more uniform standards for physicians, Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) has stood for the highest standard in internal medicine and its 20 subspecialties. Certification has meant that internists have demonstrated – to their peers and to the public – that they have the clinical judgment, skills and attitudes essential for the delivery of excellent patient care. Dr. Khan has received the Patients’ Choice Award for 8 years, and has received the Compassionate Doctor Recognition and the On-Time Doctor Award from 2014 – 2018.
