After earning his undergraduate degree in 1993 at Eastern Michigan University, Dr. Gischia completed his chiropractic degree in 1996 at Palmer College of Chiropractic. He is in the President's Club of the Michigan Association of Chiropractors, as well as member of the American Legion and Knights of Columbus. Dr. Gischia served in the United States Navy (1985-1989) as a Hospital Corpsmen serving at Great Lakes Naval Hospital as an EMT-A and working in the Emergency Room Department. After which he served aboard the USS Nimitz CVN 68 in the x-ray division and served with the Emergency Response Team.

    I have been getting adjusted for over 23 years by Dr. Gischia and feel great. I use to get headaches 3 times a week and regular doctors just want to prescribe medicine. I am 49 years old, my seldom get a headache and take no medicine. Chiropractor care is essential to my good health.

    Dr. Gischia is an incredible doctor who truly cares about his patients. Because of him, I not only avoided surgery, but after a year haven't had to see my general practitioner for any illness. His staff is also exceptional from the moment you step in the office. I also highly recommend Dr. Gischia for children's health (my son no longer has knee pain and looks forward to his wellness visits).

    I was nervous to start chiropractic, but that all changed when I met Dr. Gischia. He explained everything in detail and answered every question I had. Not only has he helped me with my neck and back pain, he has also helped my elbow and ankle. I had horrible foot pain, I got the foot leveler orthotics and they helped my day to day foot pain. He started doing cold laser therapy on my ankle. He also suggested I get my ankle looked at and I did. I had a partial tear in my Achilles tendon, I attribute Dr. G and the laser for helping reduce my risk of a full blown Achilles tendon tear. He also helps me with my elbow pain that is caused from work duties and golfing on a regular basis. Overall I am so happy that I starting getting adjusted, I feel so much better.

    Dr. Gischia and his staff are fantastic. They are my families first line to good health and mobility. When I started coming here a few years ago I couldn't even sleep in a bed. After weeks of physical therapy I still had to sleep in a recliner. Within a couple visits with Dr. Gischia I was back in bed and pain free within a month. I recommend him to everyone.
