He is in practice with Women’s Health Connecticut –  Women’s Comprehensive Health Care in Glastonbury, Connecticut.

Throughout his academic career, Dr. Graham attended the University of Scranton, where he received both his undergraduate and master’s degrees in Biology. He then went on to earn his medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in 1983. Following this, he completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Hartford Hospital in 1987. 

A Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the doctor is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, which is a non-profit organization that provides board certification for practicing obstetricians and gynecologists in the United States and Canada. 

Obstetrics and Gynecology is the medical specialty that encompasses the two subspecialties of obstetrics (covering pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period) and gynecology (covering the health of the female reproductive system – vagina, uterus, ovaries, and breasts).
