Blount Memorial Hospital offers state-of-the-art podiatric treatments to relieve pain, resolve underlying foot and ankle problems, and manage chronic conditions. The doctor’s acclaimed career in medicine began after he earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. He then went on to complete his residency at KentuckyOne Health Jewish Hospital, Louisville. 

An Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery (AACFAS), Dr. Blodgett earned board certification through the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners. The mission of the Board is to create examinations to prove competency in podiatric medicine.
