Get to know Internist Dr. Rodolfo C. Reyes, who serves patients in Lillington, North Carolina.

A devoted internist with over 20 years of experience in the field, Dr. Reyes opened his first clinic, Edgewater Medical Center, in the heart of Harnett County, Lillington, North Carolina in 2001. Shortly after that he went on to open 4 additional clinics in Raleigh, Holly Springs, Garner, and Smithfield, for a total of five locations.

Born in the Philippines, he enlisted in the United States Air Force. After completing his time with the Air Force, he earned his medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine, and completed his residency in internal medicine at Edgewater Hospital.

An authority in his field, the doctor is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Internal medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. Physicians specializing in internal medicine are called internists. They manage and prevent common and complex diseases by providing comprehensive care and promoting overall well-being.

In his free time, Dr. Reyes enjoys helping local organizations and schools in the Harnett County community.
