Dr. German Trujillo was born and raised in Colombia, South America, where he received a degree in General Dentistry from the Health Sciences Institute CES in Medellín. After graduating, Dr. Trujillo worked as a family dentist for 10 months in a rural area of Colombia, before moving to Chicago where he received his degree in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery specialty from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Dr. Trujillo practiced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for five years in the greater Seattle area as an Associate Oral Surgeon at BrightNow! Dental. In addition to a busy surgery schedule, he taught dental students as an affiliate instructor in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at the University of Washington, and was an active staff member at the Overlake Hospital Medical Center.

Dr. Trujillo has now opened his own private practice called Pearlmax Oral Surgery in the San Diego area, and is also a member of the California Dental Association and the San Diego County Dental Society. He practices full-scope Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and would like to offer his services to patients who need treatment in the specialty.
