When I wipe I have a little bleeding?
Even if it is not your typical flow, even light bleeding can be considered a period. Especially if you are using hormonal birth control, as that can lighten your period. Period late by 5 days?
It would be best to go get a pregnancy test, if that is positive go ahead and call your gynecologist for an appointment. You can have discharge in a normal pregnancy, but it could also be an ectopic or tubal pregnancy which can be life threatening. Hope all goes well. READ MORE

Prolonged period?
This can happen occasionally and be a normal variation in your bleeding. Some things may trigger it: stress, missing a pill, taking antibiotics just to name a few. If it continues to happen, you should see your Gyn as you may need a pill change, or a sonogram. If the change only occurs one month, no worries. It is difficult to say. If this is the only issue they noted, I would not be too worried, just wait for the follow-up ultrasounds. It could just be normal for your baby.
