Dr. Waddleton-Willis currently serves as Adult and Family Medicine Physician at Mid-Atlantic Permanente (MAPMG) in Columbia, Maryland. She has chosen to practice with the Mid-Atlantic Permanent Medical Group so that she could align her background in adult medicine with the application of national standards of care, the principles of public health policy and research in health care equality. She is an accomplished osteopathic clinician with extensive medical practice experience and a complementary multi-disciplinary background in health care policy.
Dr. Waddleton-Willis is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed family practice residency training at Northeast Community Hospital, Bedford, Texas and is American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) board certified and nationally health policy certified by the Osteopathic Heritage Health Policy Fellowship (OHHPF). She was awarded the distinction of fellow in 2020 by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP). Dr. Waddleton-Willis is a recipient of the Baltimore Service Area Most Improved in Quality Performance MAPMG and was featured in 2016 The Bethesda Magazine, Most Dedicated Physicians. She serves as mentor to physicians newly hired by MAPMG and also is a selected medical ambassador for those who wish to join the medical group.
She has always been passionate about the underserved both domestically and internationally. She was recruited to practice in rural East Texas. Dr. Waddleton-Willis has traveled internationally to Vietnam and Beliz. In Vietnam, she engaged in a joint international public health collaboration. Dr. Waddleton-Willis was invited to travel with a team of clinicians to villages in Belize. In Beliz she trained the Minister of Health’s medical team in Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) pain treatments. She has presented on FDM at the ACOFP 60th Annual Convention and Scientific Seminar.
Dr. Waddleton-Willis also served as Family Medicine Physician for Group Health Permanente, Tacoma, Washington. As an at-large speaker, she has served as guest lecturer for the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine Friends and Family Day, Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences medical students family medicine field training session and lyceum lecturer for the Social Justice Integrative Component at Evergreen College, Tacoma Washington Campus.
In Washington state, Dr. Waddleton-Willis was appointed board member for the Tacoma Symphony Orchestra and continues to enjoy live symphonic music and other musical genres; including contemporary and classical jazz. Dr. Waddleton-Willis is a creative arts visionary and has locally directed multi-generational fashion show performances for entertainment and inspiration. She has performed as a full cast member in a local Broadway-style Christmas Celebration.

- She attributes her success to several mentors who influenced her career, including Dr. Russell Martz and her cousin Beverly Waddleton. She also attributes her success to the influence of her outstanding parents, following the osteopathic principles emphasizing mind-body-spirit healing, and maintaining her commitment to patient education.
