Get to know Otolaryngologist Dr. Marta T. Becker, who serves patients in Spring House, Pennsylvania.

An accomplished otolaryngologist, Dr. Becker has served the Northwest Philadelphia community for 20 years. She currently sees patients at her private practice - Clarity ENT - located in Spring House. She is trained in all aspects of general and pediatric otolaryngology, including endoscopic sinus, otologic, head and neck, and facial plastic surgeries.

Before embarking on her professional journey, she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude with highest honors from Harvard University and Harvard Medical School, with a joint degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She then went on to complete her residency in otolaryngology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

With an unwavering commitment to her specialty, the doctor is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, which is a non-profit corporation that has set the mission of ensuring professional standards with certificates and memberships and has offered training in the fields of head neck surgery to professionals since 1924.

Maintaining fellowship status, Dr. Becker is a Fellow of both the American College of Surgeons (FACS), and the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology (FAOCO).

In order to remain up to date in her field, she is an active member of several prestigious professional organizations, including the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, the American Rhinologic Society, and the American Academy of Otolaryngologic Allergy.

An enthusiastic researcher, Dr. Becker received the Resident Research Grant from the American Academy of Otolaryngology for her work on a method for early detection of head and neck cancer.

Otolaryngology is the oldest medical specialty in the United States. Pediatric otolaryngologists are primarily concerned with medical and surgical treatment of ear, nose, and throat diseases in children. They generally provide the following services: diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose, and throat disorders, as well as head and neck diseases.

As a testament to her success, Dr. Becker has been the recipient of the Patients’ Choice Award (2018, 2013), On-Time Doctor Award (2018), and Compassionate Doctor Recognition (2013).
