Is acupuncture good for heel pain?
Heel pain is a common disease and acupuncture is an effective and safe treatment for heel pain. I have lots of experience with this situation and treat about 100 patients per year that come in because of heel pain. When treating heel pain, it depends on the patient’s situation (heels). Usually, treatment may be anywhere between 2 – 10 visits for the pain to be reduced or go away. I use acupuncture with cupping or moxibustion. Of the 100 patients that I see per year for heel pain, approximately 80% get complete relief but 100 % of my patients see a reduction in their heel pain. READ MORE
