Get to know Obstetrician-Gynecologist Dr. Laurie S. Perrin, who serves patients in Flagstaff, Arizona

Dr. Perrin is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist practicing with Flagstaff OB/GYN in Flagstaff, Arizona. As a recently board-certified pediatric and adolescent gynecologist, she is the only provider in Northern Arizona with this specialty training. 

In her practice, she takes care of all types of patients including high-risk patients, patients expecting twins, or other maternal complications. In addition to her work in private practice, Dr. Perrin is an attending physician at Northern Arizona Healthcare’s Flagstaff Medical Center.

Dr. Perrin is a 1995-graduate of the prestigiousTemple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She performed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at WellSpan York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania (1995 – 1999). A Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Perrin is currently licensed to practice medicine in Arizona and Pennsylvania.

Dr. Perrin is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and the subspecialty of pediatric and adolescent gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). The mission of the ABOG is to define standards, certify obstetricians and gynecologists, and facilitate continuous learning to advance knowledge, practice, and professionalism in women’s health. 

Obstetrics and Gynecology is the medical specialty that encompasses the two subspecialties of obstetrics and gynecology. An obstetrician-gynecologist, or OB-GYN, is a healthcare professional who specializes in female reproductive health.

Outside her professional commitments, Dr. Perrin strives to be the best she can be in all aspects of her life. With a focus on balancing family, work, and social life, the doctor embraces clean eating and regular exercise.
