An excellent plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in hand surgery and nerve surgery, Dr. Weber is the Founder of Multi Disciplinary Specialists, with offices in Clifton, New Jersey & New York, New York.

Multi Disciplinary Specialists is a medical private practice that focuses on the complex problem-related to peripheral nerve conditions throughout the body, hand injuries, and degenerative conditions as well as general orthopaedic hand and plastic surgery. The physicians and practitioners are trained in multiple disciplines, including hand surgery, orthopaedic surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and wound care. They have additional fellowship training in nerve surgery, microsurgery, and burn surgery.

In addition to being certified in hand surgery, Dr. Weber specializes in brachial plexus and complex nerve injuries.

Among her other roles, she can be found on staff at New Jersey Medical Center, Beth Israel Medical Center, Mountainside Hospital, Montefiore Medical Center, Riverside Surgical Center of Rutherford, Mount Sinai – Union Square, and 5th Avenue Surgery Center.

A 1994 graduate of New York University Grossman School of Medicine, Dr. Weber went on to complete her residency in general surgery at the SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn. Furthermore, she completed her fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Barnes Jewish Hospital, her fellowship in burn surgery at Montefiore Medical Center, and her fellowship in peripheral nerve, hand, and microsurgery at the Washington University School of Medicine.

An authority in her field, she is board-certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery & surgery of the hand by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). The mission of the ABPS is to promote safe, ethical, efficacious plastic surgery to the public by maintaining high standards for the education, examination, certification, and continuous certification of plastic surgeons as specialists and subspecialists.

Remaining up to date in her field, she is a member of several medical societies, including the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, the American Association for Hand Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the American Society for Peripheral Nerve.

Very interested in research, Dr. Weber is the principal investigator for a multi-center clinical trial for nerve reconstruction using processed human nerves. She is part of a small group of surgeons nationwide specialized in cutting edge nerve splicing surgery for the treatment of previously untreatable paralysis.
