Get to know Psychiatrist Dr. Nasreen Razack-Malik, who serves patients in Orlando, Florida.

Dr. Razack-Malik is a board-certified child, adolescent, and general psychiatrist at Central Florida Behavioral Hospital. Her experience includes working in outpatient, residential, and inpatient treatment.

Central Florida Behavioral Hospital helps individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues gain the skills needed to walk down the path to recovery. The nine-acre campus provides patients with a therapeutic environment that is serene, homelike, and full of space for healing and growth.

A graduate of St. George’s University School of Medicine, Dr. Razack-Malik went on to perform her residency at Stony Brook Medicine. She followed this up with a fellowship at the University at Buffalo.

Passionate about her profession, she is board-certified in general psychiatry & child and adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology.

In good standing with a number of professional organizations, Dr. Razack-Malik is an active member of the Florida Medical Association, the Orange County Medical Society, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and the American Medical Association. 

Licensed to practice medicine in Florida, she is affiliated with University Behavioral Center, Winter Haven Hospital, and AdventHealth East Orlando.

Psychiatry is the medical specialty devoted to the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of mental disorders. These include various maladaptations related to mood, behavior, cognition, and perceptions. Psychiatrists evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
