Dr. Merlo, a board-certified physician with over a decade of experience in family medicine, is proud to serve the Rogue River community through her private practice, Rogue River Family Practice. Since opening her clinic, she has been dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive healthcare to families, from great grandparents to newborns.

At Rogue River Family Practice, she offers a full range of services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment. Her holistic approach ensures that every patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs. 

After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of San Diego, Dr. Merlo pursued her passion for medicine at Ross University, where she received her medical degree. She completed her residency at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in affiliation with the University of North Carolina, honing her skills in a rigorous training environment. Her commitment to patient care is reflected in her board certification from the American Board of Family Medicine. 

On a more personal note, Dr. Merlo's love for family medicine stems from her desire to treat a diverse patient population. "The broad variety of patients is what attracted me to family medicine," she explains. "Seeing new things daily really keeps me interested and allows me to love what I do." She believes that her success is rooted in her genuine desire to take care of her patients.
