Folic acid levels went down - why?
You need to take methylated folic acid since it is high absorb-able form. 1mg of folic acid is enough per day. Also eat lots green vegetables to increase folic acid in your bloodstream. READ MORE
Ongoing headache - what to do?
There are many reasons for having headaches. It could be tension headaches, migraines, cluster headaches, or even a brain aneurysm. I would suggest to talk to your doctor and get a formal evaluation if the headache does not resolve with OTC meds. READ MORE

Is my bronchitis still contagious?
No if you have complete the correct antibiotics for acute bronchitis, then you should no longer be contagious. Cough can persist up to 1 month and will eventually resolve. READ MORE
Cloudy urine with strong odor- What could it be?
It can be a urinary tract infection. You should definitely see you GYN and do a urine culture. UTI in pregnancies must be treated even if you have no symptoms. READ MORE
Shortness of breath

Why does hay fever severity fluctuate

Help with neck muscle stiffness

Rotator cuff tear
It depends on the MRI findings. If there is a full thickness tear, you will need surgery. If there is partial rotator cuff tear, it can be fixed with physical therapy. READ MORE
