Born in Haiti, he moved to Fort Myers, Florida at the age of 14, when his mother passed away. After overcoming many obstacles in a new country with a new language and culture, he excelled quickly and received his medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine in 2011. 

Subsequently, Dr. Joseph completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 2014, followed by a fellowship in interventional cardiology at the Albany Medical Center. He was recruited directly from his fellowship program to bring his highly specialized training and expertise to Hernando County.

Passionate about his profession, the doctor is board-certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease, and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
