We are a behavioral health company specializing in building comprehensive mental health systems for hospitals, health systems and communities. Dr. Miller is an associate professor and founding residency training director at University of Incarnate Word School of Medicine. Dr. Miller currently serves as the CMO of Crosscreek Hospital in Austin Texas and the Medical Director for Crisis Response in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Miller proudly served 11 years in the United States Air Force prior to going into private practice.

Dr. Miller graduated with his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999 and completed his training at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio. His dedication to serving others is further demonstrated by his service in the United States Air Force as a Lt. Colonel during the Afghanistan War, serving for 11 years in both the family medicine and psychiatric realms. He has been the Chief Medical Officer at Texas Vista Medical Center, Voyages Behavioral Health, and Crosscreek Behavioral Health. 

 

In addition to his role at Athra Systems, Dr. Miller was also the founding Residency Training Director and an Associate Professor at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine, Texas Institute for Graduate Medical Education and Research (UIWSOM TIGMER), where he developed a 48-resident program. Furthermore, he is the CEO of Crosstown Mental Health, the provider arm of Athra Systems, with multiple offices across San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas..
