Having been in practice for over three decades, Dr. Battista is a caring pediatrician specializing in newborn, pediatric, and adolescent medicine. He has been serving families in northern New Jersey at his private practice – Carl J Battista MD, PC – since 2003.

Offering comprehensive medical care, he and his staff assist patients with a wide range of services, including: routine wellness exams; same-day sick visits; state-of-the-art hearing and vision screening; on-site laboratory services including urinalysis, hemoglobin, PCR testing for strep throat, venipuncture, and rapid testing for flu; ear-piercing; prenatal consultations for new parents; pulmonary treatments; insurance referrals and authorizations; educational and developmental consultations; ADHD medical management; and 24/7 emergency care by the physicians– no answering service. In addition to primary pediatric, he obtained specialized training in attention and learning disorders & pediatric asthma and pulmonology.

A Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP), the doctor is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP).
