Will I be okay?
I would have not recommended going off your Lexapro at 10 mg. Please restart and feel better. Call your OB's office and schedule an early appointment for reassurance. SSRI's are generally safe in pregnancy other than Paxil. The North American Society for Psychosocial Obstetrics and Gynecology would recommend staying on Lexapro. J. Murphy MD. READ MORE
