With a broad educational background, Dr. Clingman graduated with highest distinction from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1985, where he also completed his residency in orthopedic surgery in 1990. He then went on to complete a fellowship in hand and microsurgery at Duke University Hospital in 1991.
Dedicated to excellence, the doctor is board-certified in orthopedic surgery by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS).
