Dr. Cornwell is a dedicated and compassionate family physician with CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates – Ringgold in Georgia, which is a part of CHI Memorial Medical Group.

Pertaining to his educational background, Dr. Cornwell earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1972. He then went on to complete his residency in family medicine at The Medical Center of Columbus in Georgia. 

To date, he holds membership status with several professional organizations, including the American Society of Addiction Medicine, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the Medical Association of Georgia.
