In 2018, she joined Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester, which is the largest multi-specialty physician group practice in southern New Hampshire. Her goal is to provide the best care for her patients by carefully listening to their symptoms and concerns so that together, they can formulate a plan to diagnose and treat their neurological conditions.

Before embarking on her professional journey, Dr. Vakili graduated with her medical degree from the Yale School of Medicine in 2003. Upon graduation, she served her internship at Ascension St. John Hospital in 2004, followed by her residency in neurology at Michigan State University – Sparrow Hospital in 2007. A year later, she completed her fellowship in neurophysiology at the University of Michigan Hospital.
Subsequent to her education, the doctor attained board certification in neurology and epilepsy through the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology.
A member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Epilepsy Society, Dr. Vakili is affiliated with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Catholic Medical Center, and Cleveland Clinic. She attributes her success to her hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
