  • My motions are blackish in color and also very hard. What could be the problem?

Definitely you should be concerned about the blackish hard stool, which might result from bleeding in & around stomach area. If there is change in diet and/or bowel movements it should be noted. If you are taking blood thinners may have to hold it for sometime. You should see your Family Physician or go to urgent care where your stool should be checked for any blood pigment & then you may need to see GI specialist if indeed your blackish stool is resulting from stomach bleeding. In the meantime you can start taking OTC Nexium capsule daily. Thank you. READ MORE
