    I am sorry to hear about your front tooth. A composite filling or bonding is a reasonably priced option to fix your chipped tooth. However, if the chip or fracture is very large, a crown which is more expensive may be required to protect the tooth.     Teeth whitening treatment with a dentist can last 6 months to one year depending on whether you smoke or drink coffee and tea. During the treatment, I recommend drinking coffee or tea through a straw to make the teeth whitening more effective. Laser teeth whitening are usually more expensive and quicker, but I like the traditional mouth trays since you can use them again for a touch up later.     Thank you for your good question. A general dentist who is experienced and properly trained can remove wisdom teeth. However, if the wisdom teeth are fully impacted meaning the teeth are deep inside the bone, usually those are best removed by an oral surgeon. Also, complicated cases or patients with compromised medical conditions are best removed by an oral surgeon who has more medical background.     Thank you for your good question. The best would be to go see a dentist as soon as possible to make sure there is no fracture. Don't wiggle the tooth or bite hard foods using that tooth. If there are no fractures, the tooth should settle back into the socket and become less loose. Another good idea is to wear a sports mouth guard which will protect your teeth in the future.     One possibility may be your toothpaste or mouthwash contains alcohol which may cause dry mouth at night time. You can change them to see if it makes a difference.
