About

Dr. Alexander Haskell, a licensed Naturopathic Physician in the state of Utah, has been in practice for over 33 years. Haskell's specializes in investigating the underlying causes for why a person is ill, and not just treating symptoms. The three primary underlying causes are nutrient deficiencies (cells cannot function optimally if they lack nutrients), environmental toxins or the body's total burden of toxins, and low grade chronic infections (bacteria including spirochetes, viruses and mold). At Clear Health Centers we offer nutritional programs, purification therapies (various IVs including glutathione and alpha lipoic acid, saunas, colon hydrotherapy, lymphatic drainage and the Bemer) and IVs to knock out pathogens (Zotzmann 10-Pass Hyperbaric Ozone and Ultraviolet Blood Therapy) You can learn more about out clinic by visiting our websites. • Is there a way to treat high blood pressure naturally?

Hello, There can be several underlying causes of high blood pressure. Certain mineral deficiencies, especially magnesium, can be one of them. Plaque building up on the artery wall can be another. Stress of course can be another, when the flight or flight part of the sympathetic nervous system is firing too much, leading to elevated adrenaline. Lack of sleep, especially REM (rapid eye movement) sleep can be an issue. Hope this helps. Thanks, Dr. Haskell READ MORE

  • Can naturopathy help us with my mother's diabetes?

There are many underlying causes for why a person develops Type 2. This can certainly relate to poor nutritional choices, but also digestive issues, a latent, low-grade systemic infection, both macro and trace mineral deficiencies, and root canals. Hope this helps. Thanks, Dr. Haskell READ MORE

  • My mother has a constant headache despite the medications she is taking. What can I do to help her?

There can be many causes for chronic headaches. Here is a list of a few of them: - Progesterone deficiency... using oral bio-identical hormones, taken before bed and sometimes again the morning. - Estrogen dominance... this can be caused by low progesterone or elevated estrogens. - Liver and gall bladder issues... these headaches often show up in the front part of the head, usually above the eyes. - A chronic sinus infection, and this also presents above the eyes and sometimes below the eyes. - Anemia, low red cell count, can be a cause, usually on the top of the head. - The cervical vertebra, those in the neck... a vertebra can be out of place. Usually, a chiropractic adjustment is all that's required. Of course, you have to rule out anything related to the brain with an MRI. Thanks, Dr. Haskell READ MORE
